A temporary fix for the long run.
Is that a bad thing? At the expense of someone else; to create a temporary “high” to get me through my day…week…month, until something happens? Guilt I say, it is guilt. God, could you please help me out a bit here? I know you’re busy with so many other things, but I don’t want to be selfish about this. It’s for the sake of someone else.

Today is a new day.
Yesterday felt eh, but honestly, I’m glad it happened. At least now I can focus on myself and things I need to do, instead of having thoughts in the back of my head. It feels right though, it really does. Everything happens for a reason. And now is even more of a reason than ever to know it’s true.
And the last thing I said was "goodnight."
